Cancellation Policy

All notices of cancellation must be in writing (pascale@best.be and / or fax: 02/34.935.60). Cancellation will be allowed without penalty untill June 10th 2011. After this date no refunds will be made regardless the reason of the cancellation. Replacements are authorized but must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the event by contacting sandy@best.be. # Prices excluding VAT.
